MP3 for different devices without waiting

Where can I download music in MP3 format to listen to on various devices, including mobile phones? I want to find a service with a good selection of tracks and a simple interface. It is necessary that the download is fast and without long waits. It is also desirable that the quality of the files does not leave much to be desired.
