I don't think it is. My brother plays on the university soccer team himself. I know a lot about the inner workings of this sport. Any medications (even a banal ointment for bruises) go through licensing commissions from the Sports Federation. Using unverified medications or food means putting your team at risk. Nobody wants to do this because football is not only a sport. Football is also a big bet. Did you know about this?
