10 Jul 2016 I had been farming for drop (and dust) in u9 world (excluding ST). I had friends that had radiant and stellar drops but it's in U8 and U4 respectively. Farming 25 pentas, 50+ qua, 200+ thrice and countless twice forged souls and not getting radiant drop(left alone stellar drop)???

At what point does it upgrade gear to s4 s5 and radiant? Also what zones are best for that.
