You're right that companies should care about food safety more since it's really hard to find a trustworthy brand nowadays. By now, I know only one company that I can fully trust and buy chocolate there, but also check the website for organic chocolate recipes. You see the way they care about customers, right?
I believe that food safety s extremely important, and brands should pay enough attention to it.
