Hi everyone, when it comes to managing repeat customers on Magento, do you think CRM systems are necessary for improving retention rates? I’m new to the idea of CRM and not sure if it’s worth the investment yet, especially since Magento already has some customer tracking features.

Even though Magento has built-in features, CRMs provide more advanced segmentation and automation for personalized engagement. They’re worth the investment for creating better loyalty programs and improving overall customer retention rates.
