We know him as Bunny Rugs, of the mighty band Third World. He was born William Clarke in Mandeville in February 1948. He replaced ‘Prilly’ Hamiltion as the lead singer for Third World in 1976. Bunny's first album with the band was ‘96 Degrees in the Shade’ a lovely track that plays and plays... and he's well known for hits like ‘Now that we found Love’ and ‘Try Jah Love’. Prince Jazzbo (Linval Roy Carter) died Thursday 12 September 2013 after a battle with lung cancer. Jazzbo made his name at the popular and infamous Studio One Recording Studio - home of some of the greats in the Foundation Reggae Fraternity, with a number of classic recordings to his name, including classic work on Lee “Scratch” Perry's Super Ape album. Condolences to family and friends of Linval (Prince Jazzbo) Carter.
