Look at your present way of living, ways of eating, diet program ingredients, and actual physical exertions. Make a comprehensive set of every little thing, sit down yourself down, and experience it critically. Do you have a regular routine, or one which keeps you awake at all odd times? Do you try to eat ahead of the television or computer, and are seldom aware about what you eat? Would you consume a lot of fastfood? Are you currently drinking a lot of colas or some other fizzy cocktails? Is your regular workout one which is sporadic?
