N33 Nitric Oxide Consider breaking your run into a few different parts. Begin at a slow and steady pace and gradually increase your pace in small increments. Run the last third as fast as you are able to. By following this schedule, you will gradually improve your endurance. This will allow you to run for longer distances.As you work out your biceps, try to bend your wrists to work them harder. Extend your wrists backwards and do your bicep exercise as you normally would. Although it might feel weird when you first do it, your body will adapt.
